It is achieved through a meticulous procedure of design and implementation, and is maintained through systems and reviews. Mistake proofing measures (Poka yoke) are identified and implemented to ensure zero defect quality. The process parameters are optimized through a detailed analytical approach comprising DOE (design of experiments), Deep Analysis and the like.

Adoption of contemporary practices such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality management and Lean manufacturing is testimony to CEL's commitment to meeting the ever increasing customer requirements. The company is TS 16949 certified and is in the process of getting ISO 14001& OSHAS certifications.
