The company has technologically advanced Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers from Mazak, Makino and Morisieki etc. that ensure high level of accuracy and maintain critical dimensions as per the control plan.

The wide array of special tools and combination tools made of Diamond and CBN blades from makers like Komet, Mapal, Sandvik etc are used in the machining operations including C.C. Face machining, Valve Seat cutting, CAM Boring etc.

Machining process is closely monitored to ensure consistency in terms of Position Accuracy, Surface Finish, Flatness and Concentricity specified for the component .

All the fitments are carried out with precision to exactly match customer specifications.

Thorough leak testing is carried out to ensure that the castings are free from water passage cracks or leaks and the leaked ones are sent to in-house impregnation plant.

The products are cleaned through Ultrasonic Cleaning Method and finally, latest Protective Packaging Techniques are used to ensure complete protection during warehousing, and transportation to the customer.
